Woolly Worm Fall Tour - "Halloween Style"

October 28th 2017 - 10am – until ???- $10.00 per person The date has been set, the start and finish have been set, and the cook is set for what we hope will be another great tour. 7-eleven has asked us back for the starting point this year and will end at the home of Jon Saylor, where an old familiar chicken stew cook will be doing his famous stew. You may want to bring take home containers for this... Also, wanted to mention everyone needs to bring chairs or a blanket for the stew and bowls. We will have extras there for those who forget.

This year's event is called "Halloween Style" (Allen’s idea). Come out dressed in your favorite costume and win prizes. Please keep safety and vision in mind when choosing your costumes as you will be in them all day....You can start arriving around 10am at the 7-Eleven, 631 CC Camp Rd, Elkin, NC. Driver's meeting at 11am, first car out at 11:30am...

Giving Back: After Our Event

The town of Elkin will be having their last cruise in of the year from 4pm until 9pm. Elkin has been gracious to our events, so once again we’d like to have our club members and cars join Allen, Jon Saylor and Margie Steele after the Woolly Worm to go downtown together, cruise Main St. and park and enjoy the evening with other car enthusiasts. Restaurants and shops will be open and some may have live music. Come join us, let’s do a nightcap with a drink or coffee but most of all show our support. Costumes not required for this. Let us know who can join us after the tour, either that day or by email, thanks.
